I provide a welcoming space for you to not feel alone with your concerns as we help make new meaning from your experiences. From your first appointment, we will take an in-depth look at your concerns in a holistic way. We will create a plan together to address issues affecting your quality of life while building on strengths and connections. Part of this is identifying barriers that keep you stuck. We will explore helpful ways to establish boundaries and connection with others, increase communication, increase peace and joy in your life, and help you get in-tune with yourself and your needs in ways that serve you. Sessions are for 18 years and older.
Contact me today, I'd be happy to talk with you and discuss what you are needing from therapy and if this would be a good fit for you. My initial intake forms are completed through a secure portal on Simple Practice and we will meet for live video sessions through a secure telehealth platform.
If you are experiencing an emergency, please contact an emergency hotline like the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, call 911, or go to your local emergency room.
